How do I earn bonus points beyond check-ins? +
After a purchase at a Founding Pillar, you can upload your receipt in the OCSS app. The system verifies the receipt automatically and awards bonus Movement Points based on your spend amount.
What can I redeem Movement Points for? +
Redeem points for real-dollar vouchers: 100 pts = $5, 250 pts = $15, 500 pts = $35, 1,000 pts = $75. Show your voucher at any Founding Pillar checkout.

Every member check-in at your Pillar is recorded and contributes to your visibility in the Movement Feed. Members browsing the feed see active Pillars with recent check-ins, making consistent member engagement your best marketing tool.
Can I cancel my Founding Pillar membership? +
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days notice. Annual plans are non-refundable after 14 days but remain active until the end of the billing period.
